About North Valley Markets
Join the Market Movement!
At North Valley Markets, we believe in the power of local—because community is built best when we show up for each other.
The heart behind it all? Anthoney Stowe, a Redding local of 28 years who founded North Valley Markets with a mission to build a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for vendors, artists, and neighbors alike. His vision was clear: help small businesses shine and give the community a reason to come together, again and again.
Each event is curated with care, featuring a diverse lineup of vendors—from first-time crafter's and food trucks to seasoned artists, performers, and nonprofits. We pride ourselves on offering low-cost vending opportunities and building a space that is accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or experience.
In just a short time, we've welcomed a hundred local vendors and thousands of attendees across dozens of events. And this is just the beginning.
Our team works hard to ensure every market feels like a celebration, complete with live entertainment, delicious food, interactive booths, and activities for all ages. Whether it's your first market or your fiftieth, you're not just attending an event—you're becoming part of a growing movement rooted in local pride, creativity, and inclusivity.
We support entrepreneurship at every level, and we believe everyone deserves a platform to shine. Our staff is always on hand to assist vendors, answer questions, and keep the energy welcoming and upbeat for attendees. Thanks to the ongoing support of sponsors, volunteers, and community partners, North Valley Markets has become a cherished staple of the North State's cultural calendar.
In 2025, we're expanding our presence with even more events and fresh collaborations. We're excited to partner with other local happenings—like hosting curated craft fairs alongside major community events such as the Redding Health Expo in June. These partnerships give our vendors even more visibility while bringing handmade goods and local flavors to wider audiences. We're also exploring new spaces, launching vendor resources, and building stronger relationships with local sponsors and nonprofits to create even more opportunities for our community. Most of all, we're committed to keeping our events inclusive, uplifting, and rooted in the communities we serve. Because we believe this is more than a market—it's a movement.
